How we work.

Engagements start at three months. The first two weeks are diagnostic: leadership interviews, document review, a hard look at the numbers. No templates, no frameworks for their own sake.

From there we co-build the strategy with you, not for you. Plans without your fingerprints don't get executed. Then we stay long enough to embed the rhythm: the meetings that actually decide things, the KPIs your team actually tracks, the discipline that survives our departure.

Most engagements run three to six months. Some continue as fractional advisory once the plan is in motion. We work across Switzerland, Malta, and Europe-wide, in person and remote.
